The following are the guidelines given by CAAT for the 11 groups of foreigners allowed into Thailand. The guidelines consists of four sections that the traveler can use to check if everything is in order before flying.
The four sections are pre-departure, departure date, onboard the aircraft and upon arrival. Here is also a list of the 11exempt type of travelers currently allowed into Thailand.
