A dream holiday always starts better with a great breakfast wherever in the world you may be traveling. It is made all the better when you add in a dash of cool tropical drinks, a sprinkle of early morning sunrise, a whiff of sea breeze and the alluring aroma of delightful fresh oven-baked breads tempting you to stay and have a bite.

Get your own personal paradise by the beach at The Sky Gallery on Phratumnak Hill in Pattaya and bask in one of the most romantic restaurants in Pattaya not just for breakfast but also lunch, cocktails and dinner.

Set at the peak of this exclusive concave of high-end residences, The Sky Gallery offers secluded privacy without being snobbishly commercialized, an unobstructed view of the cove of Pattaya and neighboring islands plus the bonus of a walk down to a private beach. However, if you want to feel the sand beneath your feet, they have even thought of bringing the sand up to you in a sandpit seating area! How delightfully thoughtful for those who do not want to exert climbing up and down the long flight of stairs to the seaside.

The dining areas consist of a casual dining area for more straightforward meals, a cocktail bar area, reclining seats which double as single outdoor beds for those who like lazing around and shady garden patio seating. Their unique casual yet chic setting where every seat offers a beautiful view is not reflective on the price of their food.

The menu at The Sky Gallery consists of a combination of Continental fusion and local Thai cuisine. They also have an all-day breakfast at The Sky Gallery, offering of the standard American Breakfast but personally I love the Runny Eggs served in an egg cup with a side of toasted bread and butter but alternatively the Smoked Salmon on a Panini is great too.

They do have morning cocktails for those who like to start early on their Happy Hours in Pattaya during their holidays but they also have great coffee, tea, fresh juice and mock tails. Meals are served from 6.00am till last call at 10.00pm and drinks go on till midnight or a little longer. Surprisingly the meals and drink will not cost you an arm and a leg so it is fairly affordable for a mid budget meal in Pattaya that affords a very romantic setting. Good times to get there are at sunrise and sunset for that very perfectly romantic atmosphere to start or end your dream day.
