Baipai Thai Cooking School 2 day, 1 night package

We will pick you up from the airport or hotel and take you to an afternoon cooking class where you can experiment with new flavours and combine fresh ingredients with new-found techniques, to build your knowledge of Thai cuisine. You will receive printed recipe handouts detailing the ingredients and methods so that you can recreate the dishes at home. You and the others taking part in the cookery class will also enjoy dining on the Thai meals you have prepared. Then we will take you back to your hotel.

After collecting you from your hotel, we will take you for your tour of bustling Thai markets where a guide will provide valuable information and assistance. Your guide will explain the assorted ingredients available as well as providing guidance on traditional Thai food preparation techniques. On this second day, you will learn to cook and assemble all the Thai dishes you have been hearing about, by yourself. Then you can enjoy the dishes you have prepared and collect the printed recipe handouts before returning to your hotel.
