Any cancellations must be notified by an email to firstname.lastname@example.org we will notify you of our acknowledgement by email. Depending on the circumstances of your cancellation, a full or partial refund of the value amount may be eligible on the following circumstances:
- The required minimum number of days to the refund amount as per our cancellation and refund policy terms and conditions
- The cancellation policy option that you have chosen
- The refund amount is dependent on all required service or surcharges by the banks or card services
- Orbit Tours is not held responsible for any personal or incidental expenses that the customer has incurred as a result of purchasing the tour from us i.e visa, vaccination, flight expenses

Force Majeure cancellation
If the tour you have booked cannot be completed due to force majeure causes, Orbit Tours will refund the amount less any unrecoverable expenses already incurred prior to your tour (exp. Advanced bookings and payments to third party vendors that are non-refundable). In this case, Orbit Tours requires you to submit an email stating verification of confirmation that customer is unable to attend the scheduled tour and request a refund of the tour under this category.
The conditions of force majeure include war, civil unrest where travel is not permitted, strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions preventing travel. Orbit Tours will determine what will constitute “Force Majeure” at our discretion.
Cancellations due to personal reasons or illness, depending on the date of the cancellation, Orbit Tours will decide on the amount of the refund available for the cancellation if applicable. No fees are charged if cancellation is above 30 days from the date of travel. However no refund will be entertained for cancellations of below 5 days from date of travel.
If a tour needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by Orbit Tours, the customer has an option for having the tour rescheduled or a credit refund to a future alternative tour of the same value or a full refund of the cost is applicable.
